Taking a moment to refresh the soul

Sometimes, in this midst of the "busyness" of business or of life for that matter, I can get caught up in the immediacy of the task at hand. A client needs an urgent solution to their problem, IE 7 is wreaking havoc, and we're on deadline. During such "crises" or when they pile up, it can be very easy to become overwhelmed or frustrated.
