A few months ago, an eager business owner walked into Digett looking for a new identity. Not as a person, but as a company—Fiddlin' Frogs, to be exact. Fiddlin' Frogs was, at the time, a small boutique in Boerne specializing in trendy, wearable clothing, unique furniture, and some other merchandise you'd have to see to believe.
"I bet there's a lot of margin on that deal," said an acquaintance, somewhat sarcastically, at a business mixer on Wednesday afternoon. He had read the piece in the Boerne Star that reported my proposed fee of $1,000 to supply the County with a new web site, along with a $75/month "maintenance" fee.
Most of us at Digett are outdoor enthusiasts and all about getting back to nature. So naturally, when the Cibolo Nature Center hosted the recent Boerne Chamber Mixer, we were there. They just happen to be our friends too.
So great to see Jesse in the office today. His latest band, Peacefield, really sounds nice. Jesse was kind enough to stop by the office to help Joann with a little planning that she has taken on related to the upcoming Boerne Adventure Fest. Thanks for the help, Jesse, and don't be such a stranger. Lori and I hope to catch you on stage soon.
It's not always easy finding a good computer repair technician. We found Nick Hurst over at Cibolo Computers to be professional, articulate, prompt and very reasonable on pricing. Thanks for the help, Nick!
