1:05pm - All is well.  In the course of modifying virtual host entries, one of us -- on our team or the Rackspace team -- got an entry out of place which brought down all sites on one of our Drupal installs.  The host file has been corrected and all is well.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
