Crosby, Stills and Nash Prepare for Year’s End Tour Overseas

September 14, 2007

August 2007 --With fresh air, live music and friends, there’s nothing like a summer concert – and with autumn fast approaching here in the United States, the men of Crosby, Stills and Nash (CSN) have decided to take their act to warmer weather Down Under. Kicking off November 27, the group will soak up the sun and enjoy the beaches as they perform a ten-show tour in New Zealand and Australia.

Concert-goers can expect a healthy dose of passionate, politically-charged material – a fierce blend of both contemporary and retro commentary. Melodically complimented by intricate arrangements and powerful guitar riffs, CSN rightly earns critical accolades for their rousing sounds.

The tour comes as a welcome opportunity for the threesome, who originally had to postpone their voyage due to illness. Now, all three are fit and ready to hit the road once again! But for fans that won’t make it to the Southern Hemisphere anytime soon, you can catch Crosby and Nash on their “two together” tour, billed as An Evening with David Crosby and Graham Nash.

Kicking off at the Thomas Wolfe Auditorium in Asheville, NC, the show includes stops at nine other venues throughout the eastern part of the country. A warm, informal experience, the concert has a strong harmonic focus. The singer-songwriters will perform both individually and as a duo, including a variety of hits from their collaborative works.

After first working together back in 1966, Crosby and Stephen Stills were joined by Nash in 1968. Their eponymous debut album was released in 1969, and rapidly climbed to the top of the charts. Ever since, the trio has worked together on a multitude of group as well as solo projects.

Digett is psyched to support CSN in their fierce quest to conquer the world with messages of protest and social involvement. Through their website, http://www.crosbystillsnash.com/, the group fans the fires of activism with regularly updated news and reviews, photos and musical content.
