Security updates (Drupal content management system sites only)—You may use the available support budget to have Digett patch your site with the latest security releases for your version of Drupal. This is the best defense from site downtime or even more serious concerns caused by malicious hackers.
Issue resolution—Digett has attempted to minimize the expense associated with owning and using an enterprise-grade content management system. Your support agreement helps ensure that issues related to your site are handled on a priority basis and that additional expenses are minimized through a guaranteed rate.

Up to the value of your monthly support fee in hourly support at guaranteed rates, plus an equal amount of additional support at the same guaranteed, non-rush support rates.

Digett clients may, in lieu of a retainer, purchase support services on an as-needed basis in one-hour increments. Your first hourly block of support time costs $75 and may be used over a 30-day period for problem resolution and maintenance services. Rates for additional support within a 30-day period are based on individual resource rates.
Priority response is given to our customers with a support retainer, but hourly blocks remain a cost-effective option for those who have limited support needs.
