As a themer myself, I'm not totally agree with this article.

Personnaly, the simplest is the best and I largely prefer to edit some .tpl.php file and some CSS than having plethora theme options to manage all pixels in the browser. I feel to have more control like that.

And with that philosophy, I would put Boron or Framework as winner, maybe Boron first because more supported.

I would love to see the Tao theme HTML5 ready !
