Actually we have a huge menu list and sort of complicated. People usually complain that they can't find what they are looking for because our current website has flyout menus that work similar to the superfish type. You really need to know what category to look in or just search through the numerous menu options to find specific pages. That is why we like the megamenu so much. Everything pops up at once and you don't have to have so many menu items.

I have heard of using superfish to create megamenus but don't understand how to do that. I guess I haven't found any good documentation on it.
