I have been using it on a development Drupal 6 site and it works great.

The qTip jQuery library is rather out of date though and adds unnecessary inline CSS. It also doesn't apply a hover state to the main menu items.

The Drupal 7 module looks like it has had a bit of a rework and fixes at the very least the 'hover' issue.
